Unit Description Piles built from material cut from mixed conifer and hardwood overstory. Material cut from surface fuels contains brush and typical litter from overstory. Larger pieces of cut material were hauled off of project or stacked separately from piles and will not be burned.

Mitigtations If smoke settling occurs or if SSAs are being impacted, then ignitions will cease. Piles will be extinguished if necessary. This issue will be prevented by only planning ignition operations on days forecasted with favorable winds and good atmospheric lift.
