| Burner Comments | The estimated dates of implementation for this project are 5/4/26 - 5/7/26. A 2-month window was included in the Projects Specific section of the SMP to add flexibility into the plan in case those specific dates end up not working for some reason (e.g. out of prescription, resource commitments, landowner issues, etc.). On the days ignition authorization is requested and received for the project, ignitions are estimated to begin between 0800 - 0900 and end between 1200 - 1400. |
| Mitigtations | If smoke drifts to SSA, firing will stop to break up the smoke plume. Firing will start again after a break is created in the smoke plume. This process will continue until the unit is complete. Creating breaks in the smoke plume will be used until the current unit is complete or a good area is encountered to stop firing. No additional units will be started until favorable winds are detected that will disperse smoke away from SSAs. |
